R&D Investment and Talents

The company has established a dedicated R&D fund, with an annual investment of no less than 4% of sales, mainly to support and reward production improvement, efficiency enhancement, product improvement, especially product innovation, etc.

In addition to collaborating with relevant domestic higher research institutions, the company also employs top experts in the domestic WPC industry to enhance its R&D capabilities and achievements in the fastest and best way possible. Of course, the company never forgets to cultivate its own R&D team. Currently, the company has a team of 5 engineers , all of whom have obtained master's degrees and have been engaged in the WPC industry for more than 13 years.

Partial Publicable R&D Achievements

With strong support from the company, typical results are as follows:
1. Purchased customized 45 type machine for producing small-sized boards, reducing energy consumption by 28.4%.
2. Reached the combination of extrusion and sanding of surface treatment, it reduces one independant process of surface treatment.
3. Through more than 20 continuous attempts, the traditional formula system has been ajusted, and the new formula system has reduced formula costs by 4.5% while ensuring quality.
4. The company currently has all main outdoor WPC products on the market, such as co-extruded WPC, 3D deep wood grain WPC and traditional/Classic WPC.
5. Some featured and customized WPC products, such as anti-fire WPC, Aluminium WPC, co-extruded WPC+WPC, Half capped WPC, double color co-extruded WPC........
6. Easy installation products.

 

Subsequent R&D directions

1. Expand the scope of use of PE WPC, not limited to outdoor and garden products, primarily planned for indoor decoration products.
 
2. Further optimize product design to truly achieve DIY installation of all products, such as strong magnetic WPC, making installation fun.
 
3. Improved oil and stain resistance, as well as UV resistance for traditional WPC.
 
4. Further improve the WPC rigidity, and study the feasibility of using WPC as structural components.
 
5. Further reduce the thermal expansion coefficient of WPC products, making each project more sustainable and aesthetics.
 
6. Automation of the entire production process of wood plastic products.
